k1ga – Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "k1ga," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the k1ga platform accessible at k1ga.app.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any registered user of the k1ga platform.
• "Platform" means the k1ga website, mobile web interface, and all associated services including the sportsbook, casino lobby, live dealer section, and slots.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with k1ga.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's k1ga wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or equivalent benefits credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including but not limited to CNIC submission and verification.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round played using real-money or bonus funds on the k1ga Platform.

References to singular include plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a k1ga account. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 18 or older. k1ga reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the player is found to be under 18. Any winnings generated by a minor will be void and forfeited.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and use k1ga, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a human individual (corporate or automated registrations are not permitted);
• Not be a current or former employee of k1ga, or an immediate family member of such an employee;
• Not be subject to self-exclusion from k1ga or any other gambling platform where that exclusion has not expired;
• Not be registering on behalf of a third party.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active k1ga account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts – whether under the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited. k1ga uses technical and verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice, and balances in duplicate accounts may be voided at k1ga's sole discretion.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity conducted under your account. k1ga will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. Notify k1ga support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

k1ga is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals and as part of ongoing account monitoring. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information and to submit verification documents upon request.

3.1 Required Documents

As part of the KYC process, k1ga may request one or more of the following documents:

• Valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) – front and back;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or Easypaisa account registered in your name);
• Additional identity or address documentation at k1ga's discretion.

3.2 Withdrawal Hold Pending KYC

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. k1ga reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all requested documentation has been received and verified to k1ga's satisfaction. This is a security measure to protect player funds and is a standard practice across regulated gaming platforms.

3.3 False Information

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process is grounds for immediate and permanent account termination. In such cases, k1ga reserves the right to void all balances and winnings associated with the account and to report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

k1ga accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. k1ga does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply charges independently of k1ga. Deposit processing times vary by payment method – mobile wallet deposits are typically instant; bank transfers may take up to two banking days.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. Withdrawal processing times vary – mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; bank transfers may take up to three banking days. Withdrawal requests submitted over Pakistani public holidays may be subject to delays outside k1ga's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• k1ga may request additional verification for large withdrawals or unusual withdrawal patterns;
• k1ga reserves the right to apply a security review hold of up to 72 hours on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion.

4.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting k1ga support to resolve the issue is considered a material breach of these Terms. k1ga reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, withhold outstanding balances pending investigation, and pursue recovery of any chargeback amounts through available legal remedies.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game wagers placed on k1ga are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, displayed in the relevant section of the platform. These Terms represent the overarching framework within which all product-specific rules operate.

5.1 Bet Placement

A wager is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by k1ga's systems. You are responsible for verifying your wager details – including stake amount, selection, and odds – before confirming placement. k1ga is not liable for bets placed in error by the Player where the error is not the result of a platform fault.

5.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or obvious pricing error on k1ga's sportsbook or casino platform, k1ga reserves the right to void any bets or wagers placed under the affected conditions. Neither party shall be entitled to rely on an error to claim winnings that would not have been available but for the error.

5.3 Suspicious Activity

k1ga employs fraud detection monitoring on all wagering activity. Patterns indicative of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting using exploited pricing errors, collusion, use of automated betting software, or any other conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage are grounds for suspension of wagering privileges, voiding of relevant bets, and permanent account closure.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

k1ga offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bundles, and cashback offers. The following general terms apply to all k1ga bonuses in addition to any offer-specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn;
• k1ga reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address;
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to k1ga support and may be reclaimed if not reported;
• Players who are determined to be engaging in bonus abuse – including but not limited to low-risk hedged wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk – may have bonus winnings voided and their accounts reviewed;
• k1ga reserves the right to exclude any player from participating in any promotion at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k1ga platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent termination:

• Opening more than one account or registering under false personal details;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place wagers or interact with the platform;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or sports betting;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the k1ga platform;
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing k1ga staff or other platform users.

k1ga reserves the right to suspend any account at any time pending investigation of suspected prohibited conduct. During a suspension, withdrawals may be held until the investigation is concluded. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, k1ga reserves the right to void all balances and winnings and to permanently close the account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the k1ga platform – including but not limited to the k1ga brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, and database structures – is owned by or licensed to k1ga and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for its intended purpose of placing wagers and playing games. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the k1ga platform without k1ga's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k1ga shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the platform;
• Losses arising from delays, interruptions, or errors in the platform caused by factors outside k1ga's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, payment provider outages, or force majeure events;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of k1ga.

Nothing in these Terms limits k1ga's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by k1ga's gross negligence. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. k1ga makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the availability or fitness for purpose of the platform for any particular use.

10. Responsible Gaming

k1ga is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from account settings;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at set intervals during an active gaming session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict account access for a defined period (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from the k1ga platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Privacy & Data

k1ga collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering with k1ga, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data is used for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, customer support, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance.

12. Amendments to Terms

k1ga reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, k1ga will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the registered address on your account. Continued use of the k1ga platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which k1ga operates. In the event of any dispute between you and k1ga arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact k1ga's customer support team to seek resolution. k1ga will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

You acknowledge that online gambling may not be legal in all jurisdictions within Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of k1ga complies with the laws applicable in your location. k1ga does not represent or warrant that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
